The children's author David Walliams dropped by publishing house.
Prolific children's author and TV personality David Walliams has parted ways with his publisher HarperCollins UK, according to an announcement.
A representative for the company commented: "After careful consideration, and under the leadership of its new CEO, HarperCollins UK has decided not to publish additional books by David Walliams."
It has been reported that the decision was taken subsequent to an inquiry regarding reports of questionable actions towards young women.
The company declined to specify the reasons for its decision, adding: "We refrain from speaking about internal matters."
